Had a great experience at The Pointe, went in for a tour and the staff was very helpful answering all my questions. Me and my roommate were searching for student housing and this was a great location and honestly a good price with the current market.

I really love the location and enjoy that the staff has been very friendly. The washer & dryer being in the unit adds a bonus. I would recommend any of my friends & family to live here!

I have enjoyed living at these apartments. The apartments are good quality and the maintenance is fast and trustworthy. The office is consistently very responsive to contact. All of the amenities are what you would expect and clean. I would recommend living here if you are looking for somewhere stay in Jacksonville.
